Eating in or take away the food is always amazing (especially the home made dim sims which I could eat only these for dinner and be happy). The restaurant is kitschy, comfortable and byo and the service is fast yet polite even when busy. Cannot more highly recommend the Silver Phoenix.July 13, 2016
